Power of Raw workshops with Erika Wolff
In these courses we will explore a practical, healthy eating program, easy to implement, supporting your intuition and creativity as I take you back to a joyful, natural way of eating. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, bring your knowledge and share it. I will share with you my love and wisdom, many of my own secrets on how to prepare your own quick and healthy raw dishes and nutritious smoothies.
You will receive a scrumptious meal and a course booklet with easy to prepare recipes,and fasting and cleansing information. We use organic produce unless an ingredient is not available at the time os the workshop.

A Weekend Journey to Health!
Detoxing – A Fasting Retreat Weekend.
This Three-Day Retreat will feature relaxed life food education with hands-on practical experience and a strong focus on emotional aspects.
Friday will introduce participants to the philosophy of the living foods lifestyle, and on preparing your body for a fast in a gentle and loving way. It is my intention provide you with the tools to make this a regular practice in your life and not just a once-a-year event.
Saturday will be fasting-day. We will fast with wheatgrass, freshly prepared green juices and herbal teas.
During the three days there will be ample time for questions and answers as well as lovely walks
and the DVD presentation 'Internal Awareness'.

This workshop will introduce important tools that will give you the connection between cooked and raw foods. Dehydrated foods are the staple for “Raw Fooders”, are gluten free and very tasty, and a great way to entice newcomers to this great lifestyle. Learn how to prepare flatbreads, Falafels, Crackers, Cookies, Pizza Bottoms and Burgers.There will be a strong focus on how to get organized, on shortcuts, and planning ahead.
Dehydrated foods are a staple for Raw Fooders and are gluten free and very tasty.
This will be both lecture and demonstrations including a raw food meal.
Participants will receive course notes and recipes.
