Participant receive instructions with recipes and guidelines to prepare for the fast and a program to take home to ease back into a new way of eating with guidelines that will continue the cleansing and detoxing.
A continuing four-week detoxing-mentoring program via Skype, or a weekly one-hour gathering in the County is offered as well,

Weather permitting; we’ll enjoy lovely walks, short meditations, and a DVD presentation of Internal Cleansing from the Institute.
Our time together will be a combination of lectures, plenty of Q&A, and hands on experience.
Weekend Program:
Friday arrival: 4:00 pm, ending at 7:00 pm
Topic: Introduction to the weekend; tea or lemon water.
Dinner: Mixed Salad and Tortilla Sandwich
Participants have the choice of the light meal or can begin their fast with a green drink.
Saturday arrival 8:30 am, ending at 7:00 pm
Participants come with an empty stomach, having taken two glasses of lemon water.
Upon arrival: 1 or 2 ounces of wheatgrass followed by a glass of cucumber juice.
There is plenty of lemon water, hot water and herbal teas available throughout the day.
Lunchtime: Green drink
The Green Drink Formula for the Weekend
Basic Green Drink:25% juice from sprouts, baby greens or edible weeds (dandelion, purslane, sorrel, arugula, etc.)
; 75% juice from green vegetables (kale, collard, cucumbers, celery, dark green lettuces, cabbage, etc.garlic and ginger
Options: Herbs: fresh parsley, cilantro, basil, dill
Dinner: Green Drink or Erika’s Vibrant Green Energy Soup, open to choice.
Sunday: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Participants arrive with an empty stomach, having taken two glasses of warm lemon water.
Upon arrival: 1 or 2 ounces of wheatgrass followed by cucumber juice.
There is plenty of lemon water, hot water and herbal teas available throughout the day.
10:30 am Three seed breakfast with pumpkin seed milk, blueberries and chopped sprouts.
Walk in the County to experience the peace and quiet.
The group prepares our main meal together. This shall be of a light nature to ease back into eating.
Dinner at 2:30 pm, followed with Q&A.
